Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training is our flagship service.
You get the personalized coaching and individual attention of a personal trainer paired with the fun and supportive community of group training.
Forget getting lost in a large class or having to make awkward small talk with your personal trainer between sets…
Instead, follow a custom program that is written for YOUR body and YOUR goals under the guidance of our expert coaches.
We limit attendance from 1 to 4 clients training at a time so that our coaches can provide the best possible training experience to help you reach your goals as safely and efficiently as possible.

Total Body Group Classes
Group fitness, but make it better.
Our large group classes are capped at 12 participants to ensure that each person still receives individual attention and coaching.
Follow a progressive program that is scaleable to you and your body while a coach provides guidance and support.
The Total Body class membership gives you access to both our Total Body Strength and Total Body Conditioning classes.
This allows you to build a training schedule that you enjoy and helps you reach your goals.
